Inratio is a Polish company. We keep full statutory books for a fixed fee. In the separate Controlling Pro subscription we combine a management dashboard, a CFO and a team of experts who advise you continuously. For owners who want to know, not guess.
Why Inratio exists
Most Polish companies with 5–50 people run without a CFO. Hiring one costs PLN 18–30k gross a month, plus months of recruiting — out of reach for a company that has to decide today.
The result: the owner decides on numbers from the accounting firm that arrive around the 20th of the following month, on a spreadsheet from three Sundays ago and on a bank balance. By the time a problem is visible, it has already cost real money.
We built Inratio to change that. Data from KSeF and payments flows into one panel, every Wednesday at 6:00 you get your company's pulse with a CFO comment, and when you have a question before a decision, you get an answer with numbers — usually within 24 hours. If you want, we also keep your books, for a fixed fee, regardless of the number of documents.
